Employers are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from their candidates before uploading personal data to Jitjob.
6. AI-Based Analysis Disclaimer
Jitjob uses AI-driven algorithms to analyze candidate information, interviews, and job descriptions.
The results, such as scores, rankings, or recommendations, are automatically generated insights and do not represent factual or objective evaluations.
They are provided “as-is”, for informational and assistive purposes only.
You acknowledge that:

Jitjob does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or fairness of AI-generated results;

All hiring, employment, and business decisions remain your sole responsibility; and

Jitjob shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use or interpretation of AI-generated outputs.

7. Payment and Credits
You must purchase credits to upload or process candidate data.
All transactions are handled through LemonSqueezy’s secure system.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment information.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, and trademarks on Jitjob.com are the exclusive property of Jitjob or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of our platform without written consent.
You retain ownership of data you upload, but grant Jitjob a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it for service delivery and maintenance purposes.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Upload or share data that you do not have legal rights to process;

Use Jitjob for discriminatory, unlawful, or unethical recruitment practices;

Attempt to breach or interfere with the platform’s security or integrity.

Jitjob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities;

The total aggregate liability of Jitjob for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim;

Jitjob is not responsible for employment outcomes, hiring decisions, or damages resulting from reliance on AI analyses or data uploaded by users.
11. Warranties Disclaimer
Jitjob is provided “as-is” and “as-available”, without any warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Data Security
We implement encryption, restricted access, and industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
However, no system is completely secure, and you agree to use our Services at your own risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jitjob, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising from:
